1. Can foreigner buy a Condominium here in the Philippines?
Yes foreigner may acquire a Property - Condominium. As stated to Republic Act 4726 or the The Condominium Act of the Philippines. Foreigners are permitted to acquire 100% ownership of a condominium. Provided not more than 40% of the total units owned in the condominium project are owned by the foreigners. The 60% of the condominium corporation of the project must be owned by Filipinos. 2. What are the other fees that I need to pay upon acquiring a property?
Upon turnover of your unit along with the turnover balance you still have to pay the "taxes an fees" that are mandated by the Philippine Government. These are Documentary Stamps Tax, Transfer Tax, Real Estate Tax, Miscellaneous Fee, Registration Fee, Meralco Bill Deposit (Electricity). We projected it to around 5% - 6% of your total contract price.
3. How much is the Association Dues for the Megaworld Condominium?
Association dues per development may differ. But we have projected the fees for our condominium around P90-110 per sqm. It shall be discussed by the Property Specialist upon the turnover inspection of the owner. Association Dues aare inclusive of the use of amenities, 24hrs security, maintenance of the common areas.
4. How can we pay the Turnover Balance of the Property?
You have two options to pay the turnover balance. It's either you pay the whole amount in Cash or you may opt to do Bank Financing. Regarding the bank financing I as your agent will be the one to process your bank loan application as our after sales service to our clients. You can choose your preferred banks or I as your property specialist can refer and suggest the accredited and tied up banks that we have. Almost all of the largest bank here are accedited by Megaworld.
5. What are the modes of Payment?

Any desired renovation or redesigning of the unit’s interior can be made as long as it is approved by the property management AFTER the unit has already been turned over to the owner.
